Four robo therapy sessions, a busy signal in the middle of
#Three attempt (dropped call — call back to do it all over again)
Two hours of diagnostic technical advise in an almost foreign language
One day of waiting on a failed promise
The morning after Dedication Health called to help get her up on time to find
the package was still missing for trying to recover needed signal for making all the deadlines
The dog didn’t eat the homework
Finally a new motem arrived but was the wrong one
It’s unbelievable how little Century Link bothers to train their technicians
and then they aren’t open weekends so now it won’t be until
Monday that, hopefully, the correct appliance arrives without a hitch.
She will have a lot of catching up to do by then and she is typing this
sitting out beside the Library.
See you later alligator.
PS The two hours of trying to communicate with someone in Thailand has now increased to more.
PPS If Century Link didn’t have a monopoly in her town she’d be leaving them.
If it ain’t one thing, it’s another…in awhile crocodile
